She had participated the dispute settlement of the cases concerning the investment and finance, M&A, finance contract, assignment contract of mineral enterprises, construction contract, private loan, breach, etc. Besides, she is also involved in counsel the enterprises in various areas (construction, medicine, new energy, electricity, logistic, real estate, etc.) in their business andadministration, especially about the M&A, internal structure, draft the economic contracts, etc.
